We are a family owned company located in Plainville, CT. We manufacture and sell two products which remove wood and pitch resin from all types of sanding belts. The first product is a dense smoked rubber stick. You hold the stick against the rotating sanding belt and it acts like an erasure, removing the wood & pitch resin from the belt. The bars come in two sizes (1.5” x 1.5” x 8”) & (2” x 2” x 12”). This NU- LIFE BELT CLEANING BAR breaks down slower lasting twice as long as the traditional crepe cleaning bars, and does a better job of removing the wood residue. It will also clean abrasives clogged with metal, plastic and leather. The second product is a water based alkaline cleaner that is non-flammable & biodegradable. NU-LIFE PITCH & RESIN REMOVER was developed for cleaning abrasive sanding belts used on wide belt sanders where the belt in not exposed, and consequently unable to be cleaned with the belt cleaning bar.
